Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to Dentavio, a cloud-based dental practice management platform for clinics, clinic staff, and authorized administrators.

By creating an account, registering a clinic, or using Dentavio, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the clinic or organization you represent.

Dentavio is intended for professional clinic use. You must have the authority to register a clinic, manage staff access, and process clinic and patient information in accordance with applicable laws.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, inviting only authorized staff, and promptly removing users who no longer need access.

Dentavio may suspend accounts where there is a security concern, unpaid subscription status, suspected misuse, or a legal requirement.

Clinics are responsible for the accuracy of clinic details, services, working hours, staff permissions, appointment settings, billing records, and patient-facing booking information.

Clinics must ensure that only properly authorized staff use Dentavio and that role permissions match each user’s responsibilities.

Clinics remain responsible for obtaining any required patient notices, consents, and authorizations before entering or processing patient data in Dentavio.

Dentavio provides tools for organizing patient records, appointments, odontogram information, documents, invoices, reminders, prescriptions, perio data, and lab orders. Clinics are responsible for lawful and professional use of these tools.

You may not use Dentavio to violate laws, access another clinic’s data, interfere with service security, upload malicious files, send unlawful communications, or attempt to bypass permission controls.

Dentavio may offer subscription plans with different limits, features, or support levels. Plan details shown in the application or an approved order form apply to your clinic.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each monthly or annual billing period at the price disclosed at checkout unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Eligible new clinics receive a 14-day free trial. No subscription fee is charged during the trial.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial automatically converts to the paid subscription selected at checkout and the disclosed recurring subscription fee is charged. The subscription then renews automatically each billing period until cancelled.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

You may cancel a subscription at any time through the subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt, through the billing portal, or by contacting support@dentavio.app. Cancellation prevents the next automatic renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Cancelling during the 14-day free trial prevents conversion to a paid subscription. Cancelling after a paid billing period has started does not by itself create a refund; refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Dentavio may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, misuse, or violation of these terms.

Termination does not automatically remove legal obligations related to patient data, payment records, or backup retention.

Dentavio is provided with reasonable efforts toward availability, security, and reliability. Maintenance, provider outages, network issues, or emergency fixes may affect access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dentavio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Dentavio is software support for clinic operations and does not replace professional medical judgment, clinical responsibility, or legal compliance obligations.

Dentavio, its interface, software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by Grow UP IT L.L.C. or its licensors. Clinics retain rights to their clinic and patient content.

Dentavio may update, improve, or modify the service over time. Material changes to these terms should be communicated through the application, website, or email where appropriate.
